Delivery

Q. How soon will you deliver ordered items?

It takes 2 to 5 working days to deliver an order. We always aim to deliver within 48 hours but sometimes it can take a day or two longer, especially when we run out of stock and have to wait for delivery from suppliers. However, we will inform you if a product is out of stock or remove it from the website if it takes long to restock. Q. How much does delivery cost?

  • Dubai - Orders of AED 100 or above qualify for free shipping in Dubai. A flat shipping rate of AED 20 is applicable on orders below AED 100
  • Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain - Orders of AED 700 or above qualify for free shipping. A flat shipping rate of AED 100 is applicable on orders below AED 700. 

You can see the final cost of your order after adding an item to your cart. Delivery charges for bulky goods such as large aquariums, rocks, wood and other hardscape products weighing over 20 kilograms will be invoiced separately after confirming with you first.

Q. Can I self-collect the items?

Yes, you can self-collect items from the store.

Q. Can I know when my order will arrive?

Once you place the order, we will schedule the delivery after agreeing with you on a convenient time.

Q. Can I request delivery at a specific time?

Yes, you can specify a preferred delivery time but we will have to confirm based on factors such as location and number of deliveries on that route.

Q. Who can I call if my delivery doesn’t arrive at the specified time?

Q. I ordered the wrong product. Can I return it?

We are unable to accept returns for perishable items such as plants or livestock. Please get in touch with us on 055-3445388 or info@happyfish.ae if you wish to return a product. All returns or exchanges have to be done within 7 days by presenting a receipt or order confirmation in person at our store. We are open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday through to Thursday. We are closed on Fridays.

We do not accept returns if the product or accessories are:

  • Damaged in any way
  • Used
  • Purchased on sale

Q. Are all items in stock?

We always aim to show the most updated information on our website. However, since items are sourced from third-parties, there is a likelihood that items may run out of stock fast. In case of items that are backordered or out of stock, we will inform you.

Q. Are the prices final?

We always aim to provide the lowest price possible. The prices listed on our website are final and are subject to change based on the prices charged by our suppliers, who can lower or raise prices.

Q. Can I order something that is not listed on happyfish.ae?

If you want something that is not listed on happyfish.ae, please send an email to info@happyfish.ae with details of the item and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q. Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, cash on delivery payment option is available.

Q. Can I pay with a credit or debit card?

Yes,you can pay securely with a credit or debit card.

Q. What is the returns policy?

We are unable to accept returns for perishable items such as plants or livestock. Hard goods can be returned up to 7 days after purchase for a full refund as long as the product is unused and new in box. Please get in touch with us on 055-3445388 or info@happyfish.ae if you wish to return a product. All returns or exchanges have to done within 7 days by presenting a receipt or order confirmation in person at our store. We are open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday through to Thursday. We are closed on Fridays.

Q. What if there is a problem with my order?

In the unlikely event of any manufacturing defects, logistics issues, wrong items etc, please let us know as soon as you’ve received the order by contacting our support team on 055-3445388 or info@happyfish.ae and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
